Anderson is a guaranteed exotic every 10-15 minutes. Even better if you play with friends and you share loot.Difficulty and directives can help you with first layer by increasing target loot drop chance. Every directive add 3% to base drop chance, and the base drop chance is: 60% on legendary, 50% on heroic, 40% on challenging, you can figure out the rest.
