Edit: After further inspection, the extension 'Game: Cyberpunk 2077' is not present, not even for me to enable it.Chances are there's an important message there that you missed. If you can't elevate when prompted that's going to be a config problem on your PC. That's one of the advantages from Bethesda's plugins system.
