The 40 cal and 10mm fire the exact same bullet. Only difference is the brass on a 10mm is longer, which of course allows more gunpowder. Not sure if the tolerances in the magazines and such on the Sig are tighter than the Glock, but there's a good chance it'll work. The barrel looks like a Clark or Wilson style barrel..
