If that is the case, shut the pto off and lower the endgate and shut the tractor off. Slightly loosen the bolt on the middle tailgate roller on the left side and raise the roll about 1/4" and then tighten the bolt. I've got a 7020 allis that has some hydraulic issues among other things. If you put a single acting cylinder on it, it works fine. If you put a double cylinder, like on a disc, it will only go one way. So it might raise it but it wont lower it. I changed the coupler on the tractor out, didnt fix it.Remove nuts and spring hardware at the bottom of the cylinder while the cylinder is still pinned at the top. Unpin the top. Remove the cylinder from the baler with it's immediate hardware. I removed that metal hydraulic line, along with tees to avoid their damage. The geometry of the stuffer fork was changed to run closer to the rear pre forming chamber. If you generally get your hay pretty dry (24% or less), a inline is mighty hard to beat. We have used it for four seaons now and no problems. It makes good tight bales as long as your windrow is uniform in width, preferably about 6' wide. It's common bermuda and I've controlled the broadleaf weeds successfully, but I've been invaded by vaseygrass, nut grass, and some other summer grasses. The vaseygrass is the hardest to get rid of.
