For anyone reading this thread from Google: I had this issue, and it was because I was using the wrong power supply (20v instead of 15v). If your Litter Robot 3 is too loud, and the litter is slanted like this after a cycle, you may be using the wrong power cord. 27K subscribers in the litterrobot community.
