In early November 2022, Xfinity agent convinced me to Take a phone line . So that they can reduce my internet bill. The chat agent told me , with phone line and internet would be only $43 . Then I took the service to reduce my bill . But Xfinity is charging me more $60 per month . None of the agents ( I called multiple times) couldn’t solve it ..
