Feb 25, 2024 · So far, once the new static IP address was created for my home network, my Comcast email has been working fine. It's been working almost 48 hours now, so I am very hopeful. Yes, it appears that Comcast has an issue that is known by most of the ISP network engineers. The only people that don't seem to know anything about it Comcast.Open Outlook. Click the File menu.
