Ooma outgoing calls not working

That stranger thing is, the softphone app on my Android device works over the Wi-Fi, but the VoIP phone does not work plugged directly into the 5G gateway does not work. My 9 year old Ooma works fine. Softphone 8x8 works as well. I've had it for about a year now and can make calls in/out..

That On May 12 I could call in (from work) - the phone would ring for about 4 times and go to voice mail. When I got home and tried to call my phone, again, it would ring and the "1" would turn red but the actual phone would not ring. I could leave a voicemail and that works fine. Everything seems to be working fine except that the phone doesn't ring.
