Also with a 99-04 4speed a340 trans you have a taller 1st than the 05-06 a750. So for towing a 4.30 may be a good compromise with the 265/70r17.Exhaust manifolds cracking is the main issue with the Toyota 2UZ-FE. Look out for these problems to develop on most, but the earlier models seem more prone to the manifolds cracking.
