The A300 weighs roughly a half pound more than the 1301.I did some research and it seems the only downside to the Berreta is the gas system gets dirty and causes issues. The downside to the Stoeger is it may not cycle light trap loads. I will maybe shoot 200-300rds a year out of this gun between goose, dove, pheasant and skeet.
