The tach fluttering at 1k-2k rpm tach is more pronounced/often then too.There will be 2 10mm bolts. remove them pull the hood latch release out from the panel and then gently go around the panel and pull it out. From there you'll have the spot right beneath the button open and you should be able to reach up there and push it back in. It was the brake light switch that was sticking. I'd press on the brake and the switch wouldn't release (litle white button type switch which the pedals pushing in when the brake is off) - it also controls the start (foot must be on brake to start).Nothing happens when the start button is pushed. At the cold no start condition, Voltmeter shows a strong 12.4 volts from the positive pole to ground - what you would expect from a brand new battery.
