Remove the dipstick and wipe it clean. Stand the bike upright off the sidestand. Insert the dipstick until it seats, but don’t screw it in.According to the manual, the gap is 1 - 1.1mm, it also says, do not adjust a plug gap, if gap is out of spec, replace. Level surface, start engine and run for 3 to 5 minutes. Oil light goes off. Stop engine and wait 2 - 3 minutes. Remove dipstick and wipe clean. Hold Bike In upright Position. Insert dipstick until it seats but do not screw it in. Remove dipstick and read.If you pull the Fuel pump relay you should have 2 hot wires with key turned on. The other 2 are the wire to feed power to the pump and the ecm control wire. Just don't go jumping wires randomly- you could blow the ecm. Use a digital multimeter.
