I don't see that in Aid anywhere. As near as I can tell you can aid anything. Just if you aren't trained you're rolling 0+stat, which well.. goodluck rolling well enough to succeed, much less avoid Crit fail. The only thing that reminds me of "same skill" is the pathfinder Agent's boost to aid actions which require the same exact action/skill..
