I use 80W90 mineral oil from Comma (productcode: EP80901L). They say to change it every 2 years or 30 000 km when using this specific oil. Of course, if you dont have a "normal" driving pattern, you should consider doing it earlier. Everything will probably be fine, even when having the fluid in there for 5+ years..

That said the rear diff oil was filthy black and definitely needed changing. The front diff oil was about half way between the transfer case and rear diff. I went with the Redline 75W85 for all three fills.
