I looked at my account transcripts for 2021 for the year of 2022. It's has a code 766 tax relief credit minus 1400 amount 03/27/21 and . Under that it says code 846 refund issued 03/17/21 1400 but no minus on this one. What does that mean? Does that mean I'll get 1400 or 1800.
