Sometimes corrosion on the wiring or relay pins in the relay box down by the drivers side head light can cause no start issues. This picture is a couple years old and I took it because someone was looking for the fuel pump fuse. I should have stated that before. Yes the relay is clearly above it and to the left. It is almost never the relays. They are very dependable.The ground wire can come loose on it. Try disconnecting battery, remove air filter cover, Disconnect tupe from throttle body, Without actually removing starter can wiggle your hand in and make sure wires are tight on solenoid, its a tight fit, hand will get scratched and bruised. Reconnect battery and try again.IF my initial investigation is correct, all 3 of those relays on the "outside" (front in video) control the fans. I "think" the left one is "fan 1" low/high, the middle one is "fan 2" medium/high, and the right one is fan series/parallel. A piece of truck tire lodged in that part of the front grill. It actually knocked the sensor out of the hole that it is mounted in behind the grill. I stuck it back in, but is seems a bit loose. It is just a plastic interference type plug that fits into the hole.
