Took about maybe a hour to install the baffles not including if you have to remove the mufflers. Mine were not on the bike. I installed the 2" cores. Very easy upgrade and high quality piece.The X Cat 2:2 True X system with D&D mufflers has it own distinct sound not like any other D&D system. The X Cat is a True X header and is a stepped header.
