in my store I can never get unpaid time off... my ASM denies it and I've been told the only vacation days gets approved. I only work 3(sat-mon) days a week now a days, but I cant even take a Monday off without being denied. It especially doesn't help that I cant call out cause my sick time gain is practically non existent..
